Mr Patrick KY holds the degrees of LLB (H1) and the Supreme Court Prize and BSc from Monash University and was placed 1/368 in his graduating class.  Patrick will undertake the BCL for one year at Oxford.

Ms Stefanie WILKINS holds the degrees of LLB (H1) and BEng(Civil) (H1) from the University of Adelaide and was placed 2/200 in her graduating class.  Stefanie will undertake the BCL for one year at Oxford.

Ms Rowan McRAE holds the degrees of BA and LLB (2004) with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne. Rowan was ranked 1/285 in her graduating class and awarded the Supreme Court Prize. She took up her one year scholarship at the London School of Economics where she commenced her study for an LLM (Public International Law) in October 2007.

Ms Kate PETERSON holds the degrees of BEc (Social Sciences) with First Class Honours and the University Medal (2004) and LLB with First Class Honours (2006) from the University of Sydney. Kate was ranked 3/316 in her graduating class. She will take up her one year scholarship at the London School of Economics where she commenced her study for an LLM (Labour Law) in October 2007.

Ms Kristin van ZWIETEN holds the degrees of BA with Distinction from the University of Western Sydney and LLB (2005) from the University of New South Wales. Kristin was ranked joint first in her graduating class of 328 and awarded the University Medal in Law. She will take up her two year scholarship at Oxford University where she commenced her study for the BCL/MPhil in October 2007.

Ms Aruna SATHANAPALLY holds the degrees of BA (Pass) and LLB from the University of NSW (2005) and was placed 1/317 in her graduating class. During her academic career Aruna gained four prizes including the University Medal. Aruna has applied to take the degree of BCL/MPhil at Oxford for two years;

Mr Ben SPAGNOLO holds the degrees of BA (H1) and LLB (H1) from the University of Western Australia (2005) and was placed 1/174 in his graduating class. During his academic career Ben gained 24 prizes including the Frank Edward Parsons Prize and the HCF Keall Prize. Ben has applied to take the degree of BCL/MPhil at Oxford and wishes to study for two years; and

Mr James UPCHER holds the degrees of BA (H1) and LLB (H1) from the University of Tasmania (2003) and was placed 1/137 in his graduating class. During his academic career James gained five prizes including the University Medal prizes and has seven publications.  James has applied to take the degree of DPhil at Oxford and wishes to study for three years. The award will apply to the final two years of study only.

Mr Joel FETTER holds the degrees of BA and LLB with First Class Honours (2003) from the University of Melbourne. He was ranked 1/291 in his graduating class and awarded the Supreme Court Prize.  Joel took up his one year scholarship at the London School of Economics where he studied for the LLM;

Mr Ben GOLDER holds the degrees of BA with First Class Honours and LLB (2004) from the University of New South Wales. He was ranked 1/284 and awarded the University Medal in Law.  Ben will take up his two year scholarship at Birkbeck College, University of London where he commenced study for a PhD in October 2006; and

Mr David THOMAS holds the degrees of BA with First Class Honours (2000) and LLB with First Class Honours (2002) from the University of Sydney. He was ranked 1/276 and awarded the University Medal in History and the University Medal in Law.  David took up his one year scholarship at Oxford University studying for the BCL.

Mr William HEATH holds the degrees of LLB with First Class Honours and BA with First Class Honours (2002) from the University of Melbourne. William took up his two year scholarship at Oxford University studying for the BCL/MPhil ; and

Ms Premala THIAGARAJAN holds the degrees of LLB with First Class Honours (2002) and the Supreme Court Prize and BA (1999) from Monash University. Premala took up her one year scholarship at Oxford University studying for a BCL; and

Ms Nicole TYSON holds the degrees of BA/LLB with First Class Honours in Law (2000) and the University Medal from the University of Tasmania. Nicole took up her one year scholarship at Oxford University studying for the Master of Studies in Legal Research.

Mr Albert DINELLI holds the degrees of LLB with First Class Honours (2001) and BA (1998) from Monash University.  Mr Dinelli was placed second in his graduating class of 338.  Albert took up his one year scholarship at Oxford University where he studied for a BCL.

Mr Oren BIGOS holds the degrees of LLB with First Class  Honours (1999) and BComm (1997) from Monash  University. He was placed first in his graduating class of 360 and was awarded the Supreme Court Prize.  Oren took up his two year scholarship at Oxford University where he studied for a BCL/MPhil; and

Ms Sarah MARTIN holds the degrees of BA and LLB with First  Class Honours (2000) from the University of Melbourne and was placed second in her graduating class of 297.  Sarah took up her two year scholarship at Oxford University where she studied for a BCL/MPhil.

Mr Patrick FLYNN holds the degrees of BSc (1994) and LLB (1997) from the University of New South Wales.  He was placed equal first in his graduating class of 224 and was awarded the University Medal in Law.  Patrick took up his one-year scholarship at Cambridge University where he studied for a Master of Laws.

Mr Chester BROWN holds the degrees of BA (H1) and LLB (H1) from the University of Melbourne (1998) where he was placed 6/237 in his graduating class.  He took up his two-year scholarship at Cambridge University studying for a PhD.

Mr Rohan HARDCASTLE holds the degrees of BA and LLB (H1) from the University of Western Australia (1997) where he was placed 2/157 in his graduating class.  Rohan studied for the DPhil (Law) at Oxford University.

Ms Kathleen PAYNE holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts (1995) and Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland (1997) and was placed 4/206 in her graduating class and was awarded the University Medal.  Kathy studied for the MPhil Degree (Criminology) for one year at the University of Cambridge; and

Ms Kirsti SAMUELS holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science (1995) and Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney (1997) where she was placed 5/228 in her graduating class.  Kirsti studied for two years at Oxford University reading for the Bachelor of Civil Law.

Mr Matthew TYSON holds the degrees of BA/LLB from the University of New South Wales (1997) where he was placed 8th in a graduating class of 224.  Matthew attended Oxford to study for the one year BCL; and

Mr Justin HOGAN-DORAN holds the degrees of BEc (Social Sciences) (1994) and LLB (with First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney (1996) and was placed 4th in his graduating class.  Justin took up his scholarship at Oxford University to study for the two year BCL.

Ms Gail HUBBLE holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Master of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from Monash University and took up her scholarship at Cambridge University; and

Mr Stephen DONAGHUE holds the double degree of Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) and the Supreme Court Prize from the University of Melbourne. Stephen attended Oxford University.

Ms Frances WILLIAMS holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and the University Medal from the University of Queensland. Frances attended Cambridge to read for the degree of Master of Laws; and

Mr Andrew KENYON holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne.   Andrew went to University College, London to read for the degree of Master of Laws.
