FORM OF BEQUEST

Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation Limited

The Foundation's funds consist of the income from its investments, supplemented by some private donations and bequests. The following simple form of bequest may be adapted for use by persons intending to benefit The Menzies Foundation by their Wills:
"I GIVE to the Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation Limited of 210 Clarendon Street, East Melbourne to be applied for the purposes of the Foundation the sum of $....................................... (or part or all of the residue of my estate) free of all duty and I DIRECT that the receipt of the Executive Director be accepted as a sufficient discharge for the same."

If you would like your legacy to go towards some particular Foundation activity, please add a sentence specifying the section of our work that you wish to help. It could, for example, be one of the scholarship programs or it could be the health related activities of the Foundation.
