Applications

It is important to present your application within the 4 page single-sided A4 format. Additional pages will NOT be circulated to the selection committee.

(If the application form prints to more than 4 pages, please ensure that your document "Paper Size" is set to "A4".)

In the interests of clarity, applicants are strongly advised to arrange for the application forms to be typed (minimum acceptable font size is 10 point).

Copies required

Candidates for the Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Scholarship in Engineering are asked to provide:

* the original (preferably typewritten) application form plus two A4 size single-sided photocopies

* original or certified copies of Academic Transcript(s) plus two photocopies

* a recent portrait (head and shoulders) photograph for possible use on the web and in publications

* a copy of a Naturalisation Certificate (if not born in Australia) plus two photocopies.

Please note:

Fill in all relevant boxes. Include:

* details of your academic career in Part 2,
* your relevant employment experience in Part 3,
* your other interests in Part 4, and
* full postal addresses for Referees in Part 6.

Please do not include a CV and do not put "See attachment".
