It is important to present your application within this 4 page single-sided format. Additional pages will not be circulated to the selection committee.
(If this application prints to more than 4 pages, please ensure that your document "Paper Size" is set to "A4".)

Copies required
Candidates for the Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Scholarship in Law are asked to provide:
• the original application form plus two A4 single-sided photocopies
• original or certified copies of Academic Transcript(s) plus two photocopies
• a recent portrait (head and shoulders) photograph for possible use on the web and in publications
• a copy of a Naturalisation Certificate (if not born in Australia) plus two photocopies.

Please note:
Fill in all relevant boxes - include:
• details of your academic career in Part 2,
• your relevant employment experience in Part 3,
• your other interests in Part 4, and
• full postal addresses for Referees in Part 6.

Please do not include a CV and do not put "See attachment".
