On Friday 18 May 2018, we hosted a gala dinner at the Melbourne Museum to celebrate 40 years of the Menzies Foundation.
Timed to coincide with the week of the 40th anniversary of Sir Robert Menzies' passing, the event was a chance to honour the great Australian leader, look back at our past achievements and unveil our new strategy, reinforcing our continued commitment to forging a better, healthier and smarter Australia.
We were thrilled to have preeminent world-renowned scientist Sir Gus Nossal join us as guest speaker.
We showcase 40 stories that reflect on the achievements of some of the scholars and initiatives we have supported during our first 40 years of
operation. The diversity of stories highlights the powerful impact our scholars have had in making Australia – and indeed the world – a better
place to live.
